Ana-Lucia holds a degree in Business Administration and Master in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas – FGV/SP. Administrator at Petrobras since May/2006, she coordinates the Petrobras Management Development Program and teachs Negotiation for the workforce of the Company.
From 1986 to 2004, as Technical of Planning and Management at Fundacao do Desenvolvimento Administrativo, she worked directly on projects related to the Sao Paulo State Water Resources Management, including design and implementation of the State Water Rresources Policy in 1991. She also coordinated the implementation of the first river basin committee of the State of São Paulo, that was a reference for the others.
Professor of Environmental Management at MBA courses n Sao Paulo from 2000 to 2004.
Professor of the Regional Programme on the Management of Sustainability – RPMS offered in Mozambique, a partnership between Sustainability Challenge Foundation - SCF and Local Government, in December 2005. Main topics: Impact Assesment and Clinic Cases.
Assistant Professor of the International Programme on the Management of Sustainability – IPMS promoted by the Sustainability Challenge Foundation – SCF at the Netherlands, June 2005.
